Sea Beams
Sunbeams, Sea Beams and a Skywalker.
Today we continued walking along part of the Fife Coastal Path again and noticed this sculpture beside Dysart Harbour. The Sea Beams comprises nine vertical timber beams between 7 and 9 meters high and symbolises the masts of the schooners ships that once filled the harbour. They are painted in different shades representing the colours of the water of the Forth in varying conditions.
Meanwhile the contrail Skywalker runs in the clear blue sky towards Edinburgh (which can be seen across the sea in large) pleased to look down on people enjoying the beautiful spring day.
