Bright and cheerful

While waiting for my hydro session in the pool today I was stuck by how bright and cheerful this flower was. In the cafe/bar on each of the tables stood one of these in a long slim vase. Although I had been busy the rest of the day I didn't think to take any pictures so this is the best that I can do.

There was an old lady from Leeds
Who swallowed a packet of seeds,
In less than an hour
Her face was a flower
Her backside a tangle of weeds.
