Dead Tree and Clouds

I took a brisk 6 mile cycle after work this evening to get a blip. I took a route out of the village over the bypass and through Elmsthorpe and out onto Burbage Common. Some of the roads were quite busy, but I was brightly visible in my new cycling jacket. It was pretty breezy again.

I've seen this dead tree before and I decided to blip it this evening as the sun was in the right direction, and I quite liked the wispy cloud patterns in the sky.

I've just seen this gallery on the BBC where they asked for photos of photographers for their weekly readers gallery. There are some nice pictures there and different interpretations on the theme.
