Chef Skills

In Kuala Lumpur (known locally as KL), Malaysia at the moment, on a passport VISA run, and will be here for a week.

I was sat at an outside table, enjoying an iced coffee at the Shaaz Curry House, when I spotted the chef throwing some dough around. This guy had skills. He took a ball of dough and turned it into this wafer thin sheet in ten seconds.

Shot from more than 40 feet and heavily cropped, this turned out better than I could have hoped for. Really pleased with it.
