A Couple of Nights Away

Sorting some paperwork out last night, I had a shock when I realised an MOT had expire well over a fortnight ago for one of my cars!

I phoned the garage this morning to make an appointment for Thursday morning, when I'm back from a couple of nights away. I asked how much their MOT was.
           "£45 and no retest fee"
           "I'll just have the pass then" I said.
           Silence for a few moments.

We're staying dinner, bed and breakfast in a top Cotswold Hotel for a couple of nights so we can get a couple of walks in.

On the way, we stopped off in the Saxon Village of Cricklade where I took the blipfoto.
