If you go down to the woods today....

Been out walking in the woods today. Glorious walking weather, that is until the clouds gathered and the rain started falling. Reason to retreat to The Rising Sun in Lynmouth for a pint ;)

Spotted a selection of Fungi down in the woods today. This Bracket specimen seemed to be enjoying life on its host tree, having literally covered a whole branch from base to tip.

Spotted a few other Fungi types including "King Alfred Cakes" and a large Polypore (I think on a Birch). The Birch Polypore might feature in a future Blip.
