It's been a lovely weekend of partying and seeing long lost friends and relatives. Two good long walks with the boys and Tess, both walks starting in Hot sunshine and ending in showery gloom. Ah, the vernal showers!

Newland seems to have a new occupant? The house has been fenced and now contains a caravan, horsebox and several dogs including a fearsome looking Rottweiler. The 'encampment' seems to be across the right of way, but the site has been derelict for so long, who knows? Maybe someone will rebuild the estate to its former glory??
