She was not really aware of my camera - she just smiled at me - and was just a face in a crowd of children so this portrait is hugely cropped - otherwise sooc.

A bright sunny morning after a thunderstorm and hail stones as big as marbles yesterday afternoon. Temperature at 44 Deg F and a very cold breeze.

My new neighbours moved in on Saturday - I have already met Albert but this morning met Dot - it turns out that she is the grandmother of the guy who lives in the large detached old house on my other side. She has recently had an operation on her knee so we are both two old hobblers with our sticks!
