Budapest

It has been a long journey, but I arrived safely into Budapest Keleti. The train on the right is the international train to Bucharest. Although just outside the frame of the photo, there men playing chess with their chessboard balanced at an unlikely angle at the corner of the platform. With an email full of local tips, I'm looking forward to exploring the city tomorrow. It's not love at first sight, but maybe the start of something special that I hope will last a life time.
