Blue Morpho Florida Museum of Natural History

The Band of Blippers assembled at the Florida Museum of Natural History Butterfly House for a photo shoot.

Lots of fun was had by all in this lush environment filled with exotic butterflies of all shapes, sizes, and colored patterns.

One of the desirable photos was the Blue Morpho with its wings open to show its dazzlingly brilliant blue color.

A Blue Morpho with its wings closed provides just a hint of the spectacle hidden within.

I offer this Blue Morpho's wink of blue that it gives with its wings folded.
