Backyard windmill

This ornamental windmill is in the side garden of an old house not far from us. It does not seem to do anything as no pipes or drive shaft are connected to the windmill blade assembly

Bigger blades.

It stands about 2m tall and must be simply an ornament. Rusting away in the garden.
