Patience rewarded

This is specially for Alichap! We have been watching the magnolia in front of Pollok House for some weeks - now they buds are beginning to burst open. The Park was manic today - car parks full to overflowing and walkers, cyclists, skateboarders, dog walkers filling the paths!
