Popped out to buy some Chinese food for our dinner this evening and happened to notice this half sleeve tattoo on a guy waiting for his meal.

There is a clock on his arm that reads 3:03 , I just wondered why that time was significant to him. I can't think of time that is hugely significant to me , perhaps it was the time he was born.
