went for a walk through the park downtown today. it was really busy near the duck ponds, but over near the chess tables, it was quiet & we tossed a frisbee around until someones dog stole it from us. we made our shadows dance all the way to the park gate, where the smooth sidewalk turned abruptly into asphalt & we had to look both ways before crossing and leave childish amusements behind us.
