Give Peace a Chance . . .

Well after my mixed-up, down and out, discouraged blip of last night -- I think I have a solution for war (I wish), but honestly look at the quote from the booklet found the inside of that DVD case:

So here's the solution: I think we should give every little boy and little girl a musical instrument and a microphone and if they need one, a music teacher. Let's surround this globe with music.

Actually, I am having a tremendously good time this evening because I opened Blipfoto just moments ago and saw Deb's blip and I just got so excited (honest, you'll have to look at hers and my comment on hers to understand this). After I saw hers I went to my DVD of McCartney in Red Square snapped a few photos and then opened the case, and even though I had already seen the quote, tonight it was like seeing it "again" for the first time. It was the answer to my discouraged feelings of last night. Could music end war? Ask McCartney.

I absolutely love giving and sending gifts -- the delight of seeing Deb's blip can't be measured. I know a lot of you feel the same way because you too are gift givers.

Heck, if someone would employ me to buy and send gifts, I'd have the job of my dreams ;-)

Okay, I have a suitcase to pack. Tomorrow after a plane ride, I'll be blipping from the Central Time zone. Thanks everyone for your lovely comments on my blip from yesterday.
