Crit on the Campus

Gave up trying to fix a wobbly rattle/creak on my bike this afternoon after being persuaded the glorious sunshine had to be enjoyed away from the shed.

Ended up watching some proper zippy cyclists zip around the grounds of Stirling Uni in the local bike club's Crit on the Campus race. Pitched up at the end of this nice speedy 'S' bend for some action shots and snapped the two leaders battling it out on the last bend in the main race.

After a warming mug of tea and a sandwich and a wander around the gallery we dawdled aimlessly around the picturesque campus for a bit taking in the smells of spring, cycle oil and lycra. It's a very pretty place to dawdle on a sunny afternoon.
