This is a tree carving in Pershore Abbey Park - look at that lovely blue sky, what a gorgeous day it must have been, right?

Not quite - we were here to watch Gary's daughter do her Sports Relief 3 mile run and just as the runners set off there was a heavy hailstorm! All right for us spectators, we just headed for shelter but I did feel sorry for the runners, that must have hurt! Brightened up later on, though still a bit on the chilly side but when we got home again the sun came out and it was nice and warm for a few hours. Typical...
