A bad good day

It was a pretty day - marred by finding that yesterday's cold snap had killed poor Mav. I really regret not bringing her in when she re-emerged. So not a happy day.
We had a walk in Sutherland's Grove this afternoon - with more light snow falling in spite of the sun.
