Champion Grower

Jim has an allotment at the back of ours. Well, to be honest he has more than one. How he manages, I don't know. There are 4 of us on our plot and we just about keep the committee letters at bay. Jim has won countless prizes at shows. Last year he had a marrow which was one hundred and one -and a half- pounds. Fully organic, apparently, but fed on Liverpool water (which comes from Wales).
