Transformation

I first blipped the War Memorial in Llandaff on 10th November 2012. The bronze figures had acquired a grey-green patina over the years since the memorial was erected in the 1920s.
But I've blipped the War Memorial again because last week the patina was removed by cleaning.
The original colour of the bronze figures has been revealed, letting us see the War Memorial as it looked almost nine decades ago.
