Haresfield beacon and standish woods

We like finding new places to walk the dogs and get the kids out n about...today was here^^^ beautiful views and a lovely walk. ..kids and dogs worn out. A fellow dog walker recommended this walk and I think we will be revisiting when weather is nicer....just after this picture the sky turned and just as we got back in to car the heavens opened and down came the rain and hail stones.....!

Home for something to eat then a trip to Gloucestershires aviation museum a nice hour or so out . I'm looking forward to see this place progress as it's new and has a lot of potential to be great especially as its free (donations welcome) . Some where not to far away to take the kids in the holidays. Then a stop at the aviator pub to watch the planes come in and out but a bit chilly in pub garden so not there for long
