Racer at Rest?

This pigeon sat for quite a while as I tried to take his picture through the window with the sun in my eyes. It was only when I uploaded it to my laptop that I spotted what I'm convinced are rings on each leg, suggesting he is a racing pigeon. Poor photo, I know, but can anyone else see them too?

We're about to go out soon for a meal at our favourite fish restaurant with friends, so will catch up with everyone later or tomorrow. What a glorious sunny day it's been, but with a biting cold wind too. I stayed in all day trying to ease a crick in my neck that's really painful, but nothing has worked, so may have to resort to pills.
