Camellia

As the eldest is away walking this weekend I was good (foolish?) enough to say I'd do his paper round for him.

Actually it wasn't that bad as the weather was fine so I did most of it on foot. Bicycles and I don't get on too well these days.

On the way round I saw this beautiful camellia in one of the front gardens I passed. There had been rain in the night and there were still some rain drops on the petals.

Well worth the sore shoulder I ended up with from the incredibly heavy bag he has to carry. I hate to think how much heavier the bags are for the Sunday paper boys and girls.
