The Three Amigos

It was a beautiful morning, although somewhat chilly to start and windy. JT and I headed down to Irvine beach to meet L and C before a bracing walk along the beach to Troon for breakfast. The it was a hard slog back, right into the wind for the last half of it. Total 16km walk in just under 3 hours finished off by C and me having a very brief paddle. The water was so cold it made my ankles hurt That has put me right off going for a swim any time soon!
