Vintage and Handmade Fayre at Churchfield House

I am really thankful it is sunny and bright this lovely Sunday morning.
The wind is still with us, but it seems a little less cold.
Many layers of clothing were worn just in case it suddenly hailed or rained.
Paul, Maria and me went to Great Harwood this afternoon, for a browse around the Vintage and handmade Fayre at Churchfield House.
More about this small stately home can be found at www.churchfieldhouse.org.
There were some fascinating stalls along vintage lines and I hope my blip gives you a feel of what we saw.
I am waiting to see if my son Greg and family get home in time for us to visit them this afternoon. They have gone to Pilling to look at a dog.
I am not a dog person and am a bit concerned how George their rescued cat will feel as well! and they also have two Guinea Pigs.
I am going to a Churches Together Lent group at the Methodist Church this evening.
Have a lovely Sunday blipper friends.
Quick update:
Greg phoned to say they have decided to buy the dog and she is called Charlie, a Lab Rottie cross. She is about 4 months old and will grow to a possible ten stone. I have asked him to put said doggie in another room when bigger when I visit, and he understands how I feel.
The Grandsons are excited.
Expect a doggie blip at some stage soon.
They are now dog proofing their home
