Bouquet Garni. Fresh from my garden. Now chopped and ready to add to some roasted vegetables Igor will be making later today mmmmmmm!!

When I went to stay with Mollymay in Perth last year it was always my job to pick and chop fresh herbs. It was the only job she would allow me to do. I’m keeping in practice for when I return.
