Photographers peril

This shot was taken after I watched in horror as my tripod crashed to the ground with camera and my beautiful Lee filters that I got for Christmas. I had turned around and was not holding onto it for just a minute. The camera has a few scratch marks. The resin grad filter has a mark but does seem to show on photos and the glass 3 stop has a sliver off in a corner but again not within view. The poor lens is a bit "toight" on zooming but as you can see from this shot, everything seems to work. The only thing I can think of is that the head was a little loose and the camera dropped starting a momentum with the ultimate crash.
