Amanita muscaria

What a full on day and mainly all about photography. This morning after church took three young boys down to the park to do some portraits and family shots of them, They are here from Australia visiting their grandparents. They were delightful and thought it a real fun exercise as I mainly did them climbing trees and perching in the branches. I am so pleased with my effort so hope the parents will be too.
This afternoon Katey and I went fungi hunting , a bit early but got three different varieties. Coming back spotted 8 Blue Herons but did not get a good shot of them. Probably have to back blip on Wednesday as leaving early in the morning to go to Lake Ruataniwha with a friend her grandson is rowing in the Maddi cup. A big event with schools from all around NZ there. Camera gear all packed. It will be a full on couple of days in a campervan what fun. Photography and reading what more could you ask.
