My turn

I picked up Vanessa, for our 6 weekly girls get together, tonight it's Karens turn to play host....Vanessa picked me up for the last host night at Lisa's house.
Typical, my new diet had to go to pot tonight because we had meat and potato pie, red cabbage with sugar and raisins and cauliflower cheese ....oh well it's only once.

I have been feeling really good this week, more energy, good mood.......then last night within 1 hour of eating above food ( small quantities) I felt really bloated and it made me realise that I have not felt like this at all whilst on this LOW GL DIET.....so I wonder if I lose any pounds when I get on those dratted scales tomorrow.....I feel like I have cheated.....back on it today
This is a blip of the lamp on Vanessa's cupboard.....it just attracted me whilst I was waiting for V to get into her high heel stilettos.....we all called them " bedroom shoes"
A great night was had by all.....next one in May will be at Joanne's.
