The battle of the cameras…..

Tom and I have spent the last 2hrs playing with our cameras…. he's got a D5000 and I have just got my new D7000. I have to admit I am struggling with it at the moment as I am not used to Nikon and I seem to be having some technical issues with the auto focus, so I am quite frustrated. My problem is that I don't have the patience to work through the manual. I want instant results.
