Over Rotation
First swimming lesson in a while, so good to catch up on where things need tweaked and gauge my improvements. Still working on getting the kick going well - needs to provide a bit more lift and legs should be closer together; alongside more and more adjustments to the arm stroke aimed at ensuring I utilise the whole length of the stroke. Homework is working on all of the above, plus tackling 200m (which doesn't sound far until I attempt it!).
Was looking for some rotation related music and typed "spin" into itunes and this long forgotten about girl/boy shouty emo-tinged indie number popped up.
