Friends

Today was the highly anticipated day when, aged nearly 12, Sam was allowed to go into Cambridge for the first time on his own, with friends. Well, I say on his own but I was there too.....on the bus...and available to call in Cambridge if anything went wrong (that was the compromise).

It was a great success according to Sam, but he has now realised the limitations of going with such a large group, they lasted three hours.

Here they are waiting for the bus to come home - a lovely bunch of lads...
