Bit weird this…….

….took this at 8 am this morning just as we were nearing the competition site.
In a field I spotted this chap with his ladies.

Grabbed the camera and took a quick photo through the car window.
Not till this evening did I realise he had this netting on his antlers.

He was in a 'managed' paddock.
Perhaps somebody had tried to catch him with a net….
…….and he got away.

Not the best photo but it was a little rushed and we had already been up since 5.30

quite fashionable really. Didn't seem to bother him.
