Arabesque

Mia joined a dance class at a community center near our old neighborhood. Her teacher is kind, patient and proper. There is no sexy dancing. There will be no outlandishly expensive costumes or spotlights with make-up. Just 11 little girls in tights doing their best, pointing their toes, being kind to each other. It is the highlight of my week.
