Fortune Street revealed

Sorry if you've got a headache! Just loved the glare and colour in this.

There was no electricity or water for a while this morning, so I just headed to the square and drank coffee. When I returned, these guys had nearly finished with their tree surgery in ther side road and had let the sunshine back into the street.

Thanks to Manolo Tyson (The guy up the ladder) and Juan for letting me take the shot and warming things up a bit. These are Mulberry trees, they provide fantastic shade in the summer and stop big lorries coming down the road :) The fruit covers the tarmac with a black glue and the children take the silk worm pupae into school to watch them emerge. I think they deserve their winter haircut.
