Down the library

Not a particularly nice day for wandering the streets in search of a blip.....but spot-on for a trip to the public library for a delve into their local history archive, I can spend happy days reading old newspapers (and the news WAS much better then, even when it was bad!) Anyway, this is looking down over the atrium balcony from the 3rd floor...by the time I've got to the 6th floor I've got my eyes well-and-truly shut!
