Venturing Out

For breakfast.

The Sun Inn in Hitchin and what a very pleasant surprise. We have eaten here in the evening as they do a good value set menu but whilst the food is fine, the menu choice is a little uninspiring and that doubtless led to low expectations for the breakfast. How wrong can you be. It was of a very good quality and when we went to pay (there were no prices on the menu), we were surprised when the bill for a full English, scrambled egg on toast and tea for two was less than a tenner. We have eaten in places where that will only just cover the full English - for one person!
