In fairness this is a bit of stopping it rolling backwards when parked in gear with the hand-break not hard on – they tend to stick on this model – so I am told.

There are Landrovers, vehicles made by Landrover, and vehicles with Landrover badges on – this is one of the latter!! Never had this problem with TAD – our old Defender. She has now gone to a good home with Mrs W’s little brother. He bought TAD from us a couple of years ago to do up and teach is young lad some engineering. TAD hasn’t gleamed so much in more than 25 years.
