Uh-Oh

We had a healthy eating talk at dancing in preparation for Blackpool, which is only two weeks away. I came home feeling buoyed and enthused about it all, but unfortunately my sister and her husband had been to Costco and then delivered these donuts to us! I may have eaten two... I think....

Absolutely awful day today. Of pretty much gargantuan proportions! Not safe to go into detail, but let's just say that a recently promoted "colleague" of mine, and also my ex ( seriously, what the hell was I thinking!), tried to pull rank on me and assert himself. What he isn't yet smart enough to realise is that respect is something that has to be earned. Absolutey fuming, and ratted him out to our boss.

My friend's new word " Hoofwanking Bunglecunt" comes to mind.....! Wanker.
