Workshop ended

Today sees the end of my week long workshop, where we had to present to colleagues, team managers, chief officers, director and chief executive!! Thank goodness that part is over. Now the hard work begins, looking at new ways of working and colleagues being on board with the changes. mmmmmmmm

GOOD NEWS - father-in-law moved house today, stressful day for him indoors, I was only able to join him mid afternoon.
