A Sunny Day In London

Spent the day in a classroom in the Goethe Institut in South Kensington discussing mine and my fellow translators' sample texts. It was enormous fun, even if I came away worried I may have talked too much... (plus sa change, as they say) Inspired now, though. If a little daunted.

I had time to kill before the workshop started, so went for a wander and found myself at the Royal Albert Hall, just around the corner. There are worse places to start the day with a coffee! Tried to snap the whole building face on, but the light and the shadows were all wrong. Such hardship!
