Antibiotics

Was hoping my kidney pain would pass if I drunk enough water but as it was showing no signs of shifting, I made an emergency appointment at the doctors and left work early. Unsurprisingly I have a kidney infection, although have no other symptoms besides the actual pain.

Came home and finished my essay - as quickly as possible whilst trying to ignore the worsening ache in my lower back. But 1400 words, submitted at 20.30. Job well done. I am now in bed with a hot water bottle feeling rather sorry for myself!
