Springtime at Holyrood

A quick visit to Craigwell Cottage today to make sure all was well, and with a few minutes to spare before my next task, I wandered round 'the block' via White Horse Close, Canongate, Abbey Strand and back over to Abbeyhill where I spotted the blossom just appearing here.

Makes a pretty frame for Watergate, Abbey Sanctuary, The Palace of Holyroodhouse and over to Arthur's Seat.
