Love is a verb
Love is a verb.
It's an action requiring your
involvement and your active
participation. You cannot sit
back and expect the world
will serve it to you. You
cannot expect that your
relationship will continue to
provide love while you're not
putting in any effort. Love
has to be earned and must
be continually fought for.
Stephen Covey
I don't love verbs… especially not on a Friday afternoon… But, this time I came off lightly since the questions were about the meaning of the verb and not using it in present, past or any other tense… I was very thankful!! :D It's so fun when I sit in a group explaining words and making sentences, and when I get stuck (brain doesn't always cooperate - especially on a Friday afternoon…) and someone in the group take over the teaching. :) And then there's some kind of discussion in a language I don't understand and suddenly everybody understands, expect me… :D I usually get an explanation from someone in the group when the see my questioning eyes. :)
It's so much fun 'teaching'!! I didn't know I could do it, but apparently I can. :)
Well, it's Friday and I have my weekend planned… sewing, cleaning, jogging and doing a lot of studying. I'm way, way behind in Kurmanji and my paper… well… I need to write…and then I'm doing some Swedish grammar for next week at the Red Cross.
