Anyone around!

He is a regular visitor to our feeders. We know him because he has a white tip to his tail that the other Red Squirrel visitors don’t have. He also goes for the seeds rather than the peanuts, which is unusual.

I spied him this morning in a brief spell of sunshine and decided to try to take photos of him. I took a few through the window, but then I gradually opened the door without disturbing him and managed to take a lot of really nice pictures, many of his gymnastics on the feeder. At one point he climbed down and sat for a while in the garden. I thought he would be off, but no he was back again.

This is the point where he is returning and looking around before climbing down to the seeds again. You might want to look large to see his wonderful eyes and ears.
