Rosedale Ramble

The use of a large pneumatic drill to remove a large concrete plinth on the cinema drove us to look for a walk further afield.

We decided to see if the wild daffodils in Rosedale had put in an appearance. However they are still just a few sunny days short of being in full bloom.

It was a lovely afternoon despite the odd few raindrops. Well worth leaving the noisy demolition behind for the solitude of Rosedale.

Spotted this fine fellow strutting through the field. So grabbed my telephoto lens to see if I could I could do justice to his fine plumage.
