Signs Of Life

After yesterday's dead wood, these trees were showing more signs of life in the Spring sunshine on the way back from my school visit at lunchtime.

Nearly went for this more processed version, but my blip adviser (Mrs F) reckons the more natural one is better.

It was the first time I'd been into a school for almost a year and it was a pleasure to be back in the old routine, meeting friendly, confident and articulate students. I still feel strangely at home in the school environment, despite having been retired for three years now.
