Houses of Parliament

I managed to sneak onto a free tour of the House of Lords today. It was a last minute thing, my neighbour rang to say she had a free place and did I want it.

What a stunning place. No photos allowed inside sadly. Still this is an unusual view of the clock tower.

It was quite something to be inside the building while the budget was being announced.
