Red Velvet 3-2-1 Cake

A few months ago, my sister found this single-serve cake recipe on Pinterest. I finally got around to trying it, and man, it is so nice being able to have a quick serving of cake whenever I want.

For those of you who are curious, here is the recipe:

Ingredients:
1 box of angel food cake mix
1 box of cake mix in whatever flavor you choose

Combine the two mixes in a container for storage.

Baking instructions:
3 tablespoons of combined cake mix
2 tablespoons of water

Combine in a mug (be careful not to stir too much) and microwave for 1 minute. Enjoy cake and be happy!
