Up early as everyone is up the hill with the light. Juno and I caught up with the crowd.

Work was a play of substance.

Lunch out with tractor laddie, very good company.

Cycled to football, cleared out another cupboard and helped set up. Still feeling crap one of the other coaches took the team, an excellent session, sadly a couple of girls thought it better to chat most of the time.

Home and head full of mince so little sleep.
